Egg bake (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Brown sausage in skillet. Remove and drain.
  2. In same skillet saute vegetables for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Stir in veggies, meat and cheese.
  4. Bakeat 375F in a 9x13 baking dish for 45 to 60 minutes or until set.
  5. Substitute: Ham for sausage and broccoli or aspargus for spinach. Egg substitute for eggs.
