Recipe instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine potatoes with the cheese, heavy cream and chopped onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Turn mixture into a greased 9 inch pie plate. Bakefor 1 hour or longer depending on the oven or how golden you like your potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley, cool slightly then cut into wedges and serve
