Eggs ole (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Place enough butter or margarine in a large non stick frying pan to sautv the veggies on medium heat.
  2. Place veggies in in frying pan and stir ever so often to allow even cooking.
  3. Saltl and pepper veggies to taste.
  4. Meanwhile combine all eggs in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
  5. Make sure there is enough butter in pan for next step so that the eggs don't stick to the pan.
  6. Once veggis are brown and soft add the eggs into the frying pan and stir.
  7. Lower heat to a low heat.
  8. When one side is done carefully,flip to other side.
  9. You may need to cut eggs in half to flip egg.
  10. so that it doesn't crack and it will crack a bit.
  11. Once both sides are done, place on a dinner plate.
  12. Cover the top with a generous portion of cheese.
  13. Place in the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until melted.
  14. Serve unto plates.
  15. Top with salsa and sour cream.
  16. Enjoy!.
