Recipe instructions

  1. Pre-marinate the grilled and sliced chicken breast in a small amount of Caesar dressing prior to assembly.
  2. Cut pizza dough into a 6 oz.
  3. piece.
  4. Roll out or press dough into a 7- x 5-inch rectangle.
  5. Spread Caesar dressing on dough piece.
  6. Add marinated chicken to dough piece, along the 5-inch border.
  7. Cover chicken with mozzarella, green onion and chopped bacon.
  8. Pull the 5-inch border over the ingredients and roll tightly.
  9. Do not fold the ends inches The bakewill continue to grow in length as you roll it out.
  10. Finished bakeshould be approximately 11 x 2 inches.
  11. Brush top of bakewith Caesar dressing, and dredge in shredded Parmesan.
  12. Bakeuntil an internal temperature of 165 8F is reached.
  13. I have estimated the time to make this,cause I still haven't tried to make it yet.
