Recipe instructions

  1. Mix all the spices together well.
  2. Rub into the tenderloin.
  3. Place on rack in a roasting pan.
  4. Bakeat 400 for 45 minutes----rare; 60 minutes---medium rare; 65 minutes---medium; 73 minutes---well done.
  5. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
