Pretzel-and-mustard baked chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 8. Pulse pretzels in a food processor until nuggets become coarse crumbs.
  2. Whisk mustard, milk and salt in a bowl. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Roll each piece of chicken in mustard mixture, rubbing off excess into a bowl.
  4. Coat chicken with crumbs and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bakeuntil juices run clear when pierced with a fork, about 45 minutes. Serve warm.
