Scallion eggs (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- heat oil in a medium sized skillet over meduim heat.
- add eggs and scallions.
- use a wisk to move cooked eggs to side of skillet.
- once all eggs are in the pile serve hot.
- if you would like harder eggs break the pile and cook until eggs reach desired consistency.
