Simple, no-mess burger crumbles (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Remove ground beef from package and loosely crumble into crockpot. (I use food handler gloves for this step..
- Turn crockpot to low.
- You can stir the crock during cooking if you want to.
- Seven hours later (depending on crock), drain burger drippings into a grease jar. You can rinse the burger crumbles and crumble them smaller after they've been drained.
- Let burger cool.
- Package into ziplocks for the freezer.
