Char's tender ribs (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, chili powder, cilantro and parsley. Pour over ribs and turn to coat. Marinate ribs in refrigerator at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Drain ribs; reserve marinade. Place ribs on rack in a shallow, foil-lined roasting pan. Bake30 minutes.
- Turn; brush ribs with the reserved marinade. Bake30 minutes. Turn ribs over; brush with remaining marinade. Bake30 minutes.
- Brush ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce. Bake15 minutes and continue to baste every 15 minutes until the ribs are fork tender, browned and crisp. Cut into serving-size pieces
