Italian style meatloaf (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 8F.
- Combine beef and half-cup of pasta sauce and remaining ingredients except cooking spray into a large bowl. Shape beef mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush remaining half cup pasta sauce over top of loaf and bakefor 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
