- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine beef, cereal, 2/3 cups pizza sauce, egg, seasoned salt, onion powder, oregano and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix well, then shape into a loaf and place in an ungreased 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
- Bake50 minutes.
- Spread remaining 1/3 cup pizza sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bakean additional 15 to 20 minutes until meat registers 165 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
- Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
