Sam's meatballs big batch for freezing (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. In a huge bowl, combine ground beef with all ingredients except eggs.
  2. Blend thoroughly by hand
  3. Slowly blend in the 2 eggs.
  4. Form into 1 inch size meatballs
  5. Place on jelly roll pans (baking sheets with edges to contain any fat run-off).
  6. Bakein a preheated 350~ oven for 25 minutes.
  7. When they are cool, I put them in freezer bags, in meal size portions.
