Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lay bacon on pan covered with foil; sprinkle generously with black pepper and brown sugar; twist each strip and lay in rows on foil.
- Bake10 minutes; drain fat from pan; bake5 more minutes if needed or until bacon is as crisp as you like.
- Place on a paper towel to remove grease.
- Watch it disappear.
