Garlic meatloaf (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. mix all ingredients together.
  3. If the mix is too dry add the extra egg.
  4. Place in a 9X13 baking dish.
  5. Bakeuntil internal temp is 165 about 45 min to 1 hour.
  6. Top with a ketchup glaze if you wish.
