Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. For sauce, combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, and sugar. Season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside
  2. Trim meat.
  3. Sprinkle meat with lemon-pepper seasoning.
  4. Cook meat in broiler 3 to 4 inches from heat, for 15 to 20 minutes, turning meat over after half of the broiling time.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  7. If desired, garnish steak slices with mint leaves.
  8. Serve with yogurt sauce.
