Mediterranean garlic herb beef and pasta (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cut beef tips into bit size pieces.
  2. Place in bowl and add 8oz of marinade.
  3. Mix well and place in refrigerator for 30 minute to an hour.
  4. After beef has marinaded,get a large skillet and add 2tbls of olive oil.
  5. Make sure skillet is as hot as possible.
  6. Add beef and cook until done.
  7. Saute onions and garlic.
  8. Then saute bell peppers and zucchini (saute only to the point it is softened but still crisp).
  9. Finally saute the mushrooms.
  10. Cut and remove seeds from tomatoes.
  11. Then dice tomatoes.
  12. Mix all ingredients into a large skillet and keep warm.
  13. Boil pasta until desired softness.
  14. Strain then put in a large bowl and toss with 3 tbls of olive oil.
  15. Then mix in the beef and vegetables and toss well,adding last 4oz of marinade as you toss ingredients together.
