Recipe instructions
- Pour grapeseed oil in saucepan until it barely covers the bottom. add onions, saute 3 min and add garlic and ginger, saute additional minute. Add slightly thawed frozen spinach and all spices. Add yogurt occasionally, during the first ten minutes of simmering.
- Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
