Recipe instructions

  1. In a custard cup stir together 1/4 c water, soy sauce, cornstarch, and crushed red pepper.
  2. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds.(You can also just put this mixture in a saucepan and thicken it..
  3. Saute carrot in a little oil over medium heat.
  4. Add snow peas and walnuts.
  5. Saute till the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Add soy sauce mixture and serve immediately.
