Arugula and salami salad with parmesan cheese (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. First make the dressing.
  2. whisk together oil and vinegars.
  3. Stir in basil,oregano, saltl and pepper.
  4. Wash trim and dry the arugula.
  5. Put the arugula and salami in large bowl and toss together with half the dressing.
  6. Divide the mixture equally into 4 serving plates.
  7. Sprinkle equal amounts of cheese on each salad, drizzle remaining dressing over each, and serve.
