Hamburger size no bread (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Prepare ground beef as you would if you were making thick 1/2 pound hamburger patties.
  2. Add salt, pepper and seasoning salt to ground beef.
  3. Fry the patties in pan until done,.
  4. While the ground beef is cooking, heat the beans until hot; set aside.
  5. When patties are done place each patty onto the center of a plate top each burger with the hot beans.
  6. Then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Serve with your favorite toppings.
