Celeriac and walnut gratin (recipe)

  1. Heat oven to 190 8C.
  2. Peel, quarter and thinly slice celeriac - can be done with slicing blade of food processor.
  3. Toss celeriac with walnut oil, season to taste.
  4. Place in a gratin dish, spread out evenly.
  5. Pour over stock, bakefor 45 minutes.
  6. Scatter with walnuts and crumble over blue cheese.
  7. Cook another 15 minutes till crisp and golden.
