Recipe instructions

  1. preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add tomatoes mix to coat with dressing.
  4. Place on 2 large parchment lined pans skin side down.
  5. Bakefor 6-12 hours.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Place in a jar and cover with oil.
  8. Store in refrigerator for 3 weeks. If it lasts that long!.
