Grilled veggie pizza (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Spread sauce atop pizza shell and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  2. Arrange selected veggies atop cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with basil and parmesan cheese.
  4. Place pizza on pizza pan or a sheet of aluminum foil and place on gas grill over medium low heat.
  5. If using a charcoal grill, make sure you are at least 6 inches from coals.
  6. Cover grill and cook for about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
