Oven roasted plum tomatoes (recipe) details

Recipe instructions

  1. Set oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Prepare an 11 x 7-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Core the inside of the tomatoes.
  4. Cut in half lenghwise.
  5. Place in a bowl.
  6. Add in basil, olive oil, salt and pepper; toss to coast well.
  7. Arrange the tomatoes in the baking dish (cut-side up) and bakefor about 1 hour, or until softened to desired texture.
  8. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
  9. Delicious!.
