Rosemary roast lamb (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 425. Trim lamb. Cut little slits all over surface of lamb and stuff with slivers of garlic and rosemary.
- Rub lamb with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Roast at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 and roast 90 minute longer, or until medium-rare.
