Courgettes gratinees zucchini with cheese (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 deg.
- Wash & dry the zucchini. Slice them in half lengthwise & then crosswise. Place in an oven prof baking dish, skin side down.
- Drizzle the zucchini with olive oil (about 1 T per zucchini - less if you want to save a few calories). Use a pastry brush to evenly distribute the olive oil on the zucchini tops.
- Sprinkle the zucchini with sale & pepper & finish with the Parmesan cheese.
- Place the dish in the oven & bakefor about 30 minute The zucchini are done when they are tender & the tops golden brown.

Remove from oven & serve hot.
