Easy garlic zucchini (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Wash Zucchini, cut in half horizontally, then cut into 8 lengthwise pieces for each half (16 in total).
- Mix olive oil, onion salt and pepper with zucchini in bowl, covering zucchini completely.
- Spray cooking spray into frying pan. Allow to heat on medium heat for a couple of minutes.
- Add minced garlic. Allow to simmer for less then 30 seconds.
- Add splash of white wine, allow to simmer for another 30 seconds.
- Add 1/4 cup of water, then zucchini.
- Cover and let steam for about 5 -7 minutes
