Grilled italian tomatoes (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. In a frying pan, brown garlic in the olive oil.
  2. Cut tomatoes in half and put them cut side up on a large plate or pan.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and garlic evenly over tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt and pepper on them.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan and shredded cheese on top and grill until they are soft and charcoaled and cheese is thoroughly melted.
