Lam I romme og dill - lamb in cream and dill sauce (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Cut meat into cubes or serving pieces and brown in butter in hot pan. Remove the meat and set aside.
- Add the mushrooms and the flour to the same pan and brown slightly. Add the water and meat and stir well. Bring back to a boil and simmer for 45 mins or until the meat is tender.
- Add the cream and the chopped dill and stir well. Bring back to a simmer.
- Serve.
