Grilled marinated salmon fillet (recipe) details

Recipe instructions

  1. Clean and rinse fish fillets,pat dry.
  2. Combine lemon,garlic,basil,oil,soy sauce and worcestershire sauce, saltl and pepper in a baking pan.
  3. Place fish fillets in marinade(coat to cover fillet) cover with foil and ref. 30 minutes
  4. Heat grill.
  5. When fillet is ready place on a lightly greased grill basket, fold thin ends to level thickness.
  6. Reserve marinade for further use while grilling.
  7. Grill on rack directly over medium coals.
  8. Grill fish 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. Brush fillet with reserved marinade and continue to grill until fish is flaky.
  10. Serve with grilled veggies or garnish with lemon wedges.
