Tuna noodle and chips casserole (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Preheat oven 350 8F.
  3. Chop mushrooms and onion.
  4. Mix pasta, tuna, soup, water, mushrooms, onion in a large bowl.
  5. Pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer mixture to non-stick sprayed 11 x 7 casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle crushed potato chips evenly over top of casserole.
  8. Bakeat 350 8F for 45 minutes.
