Grilled tuna with thai marinade (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except tuna in a non-metal bowl and mix well.
  2. Add tuna and coat with marinade.
  3. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Remove tuna from marinade and cook over hot coals or gas barbecue on high 1-2 minutes on each side (for rare) or until desired done-ness. Serve immediately.
