All seasons grilled steak (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. In small bowl, mix steak seasoning, vinegar, olive oil and mustard.
  2. Spread mixture on steak, or place steak in large resealable plastic bag, add seasoning mixture, and turn to coat well.
  3. (Can marinade steak at this point).
  4. Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
