Broiled flank steak with spicy glaze (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Prepare the broiler pan by spraying it with cooking spray. Pre-heat the broiler. Place the steak on the pan and broil 5 to 6 minutes, until browned. Turn and broil another 4 to 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, combine ketchup and chili paste. Brush on flank steak and return to the broiler until the glaze is \set\ and the edges begin to bubble, about 2 minutes.
- Let steak rest 5 minutes then cut, against the grain, into thin slices.
