Bit of italy beef roll-up (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Heat oven to 350 8F Trim fat from beef flank steak. Place steak between two pieces waxed paper and pound to 1/2 inch thickness.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, parsley, seasoning and garlic over beef - just to within 1 inch of the edges.
- Roll beef up tightly lengthwise and tie tightly with string in 3-4 places to secure.
- Place in an ungreased square baking dish (8x8x2 works well) and then brush with the olive oil.
- Cover and bake45-50 minutes or until your desired level of doneness.

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 1 inch slices prior to serving.
