Always perfect roast tenderloin (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Mix dried basil, pepper, garlic salt and oil. Rub over meat.
  2. Transfer beef to a shallow roasting pan and roast in a preheated 400 oven , uncovered, exactly 30 mins ( Meat will be rare).
  3. Remove from oven, tent with foil and allow to stand for 15 minutes
  4. Slice and arrange on a serving platter.
