Easiest crock pot beef (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Place steaks in crock pot, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour in one whole jar pepperocinis, juices and all. If you want to take the additional time to remove the stems, feel free; my family is just used to 'watching out' for them.
- Cook on low 8-10 hours. The meat will be falling appart, appearing shreaded, and perfect for sandwiches on the dinner rolls. I found a similar recipe on here for roast, but the point of this one is to let if fall completely apart! Sooo tender!
- This is a very basic but VERY delicious recipe. The pepper juices will tenderize most any cut you throw in there.
-
Even though it's great by itself, get creative if you wish! I sometimes throw a couple cut up onions in, or kick up the heat with a few hotter peppers. Easy to make, and easy to double for a larger crock pot. Hope you love it as much as I do!.
