Party ginger beef bites (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Trim beef and cut into 3/4 inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the garlic and all of the liquid ingredients. Add meat and toss to coat. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight.
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare a hot fire. Drain meat, reserving marinade, and pat dry.
- Thread 2-3 chunks of meat per skewer. Grill over hot coals, turning once and brushing with reserved marinade.
