Recipe instructions
- Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in skillet.
- Cut beef into 4 serving pieces. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook beef in bacon grease in skillet over medium heat, about 6 minutes, turning over or until desired doneness. Remove beef from skillet and cover to keep warm.
- Mix beef broth, mustard, thyme, and green onions in skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring until slightly thickened. Serve over beef.
