5 minute healthy breakfast (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cut off the top of your tomato and get rid of the tomato pulp.
  2. Crack your egg inside of the tomato cup that just was made.
  3. Saltl and pepper it.
  4. Chop some fresh herbs and place some on top of your egg. Here you may also add any other ingredients like chopped bacon etc.
  5. Shred some cheese and place it on top of your meal. After it cover your tomato cup with more herbs.
  6. Cook it in a microwave stove for 2.30-2.40 minutes.
