Absolutely perfect deviled eggs (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Place eggs in large saucepan, and fill with water until eggs are covered.
  2. Heat up burner to medium heat, then place saucepan with eggs on burner.
  3. Cook covered for exactly 20 minutes.
  4. Let eggs cool a bit (it is easier to remove egg shells, if they are still a little warm), then peel off shells.
  5. Slice eggs in half and then scoop yolks out and place in mixing bowl, being very careful that the white egg halves remain intact.
  6. Add all other ingredients to egg yolks and mix well.
  7. Fill the white egg halves with mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with additional paprika and chill.
