Egg white breakfast cups (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Use cooking spray to completely grease a 6 muffin tin.
  3. Place chopped veggies into muffin tins.
  4. Pour egg whites, equally, over the veggies in the muffin tins.
  5. Bakefor 30 minutes or until egg white are cooked completely.
  6. Serve hot or refrigerate and reheat for 30 seconds each in microwave.
