Tapatio veggie scramblers (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Prepare the veggies by choping them up.
- Prepare the eggs by cracking 2 or 3 of them, (depending on the guests you're serving), and whisk them together until blended.
- Prepare a medium sized saucepan over a medium heat, and douse the pan with canola oil spray.
- When pan is warm, add the veggies first, until they are crisp.
- When the veggies are crisp, add the whisked eggs, and stir until the edges of the scrambled eggs are golden-brown.
- At this time, you would add 4-5 shakes of the tapatio bottle to the pan, and stir the mixture.
