Christmas morning hash brown casserole (recipe) details

Recipe instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. .
  2. Add hash browns, onion and green pepper.
  3. Cook until veggies soften and potatoes begin to brown. .
  4. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam.
  5. Spread potato mixture in bottom of pan.
  6. Top with ham.
  7. Pour eggs over all and season with salt and pepper. .
  8. Gently stir to coat evenly with egg.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. .
  11. Bake, covered, for 25 minute at 375 degrees. .
  12. Remove foil and bake5 minutes longer.
