Ham cheese-n-egg cups (recipe)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat a 12-c (4 oz each) muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Fit each ham slice into each cup.
  4. Divide bread among cups.
  5. Then divide the egg into the cups.
  6. Sprinkle each with cheese and pepper.
  7. Bakeon the middle rack for about 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the cups and garnish with chives.
  9. Serve warm.
