Recipe instructions
- Simple. Choose your egg size, small, large or extra large.
- Place eggs in either a cupcake pan, one egg per slot, or put a bunch of eggs in a baking dish. I prefer the baking dish, it's easier in the end to slide them into the ice water to stop the cooking and they don't crack.
- Heat oven to 325 degrees to 350 degrees. Try a test to find the right Temperature before baking a bunch of them. Too hot, you'll have a brown dot on the egg when they are pealed. Simply lower the temperature a bit next time.
- bake30 minutes.
- Remove and place in bucket of ice for 10 minutes. YES, you will see brown dots on the eggs when you pull them out of the oven, it's ok, they will disappear in the ice water once cooled.
- Easy next step is cracking the shell off and eat away!.
