Jersey omelet (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Cut bacon slices in two. Fry until partially cooked, but not crisp. Remove from pan. Saute onion and parsley in drippings until light brown. Season with 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt. Spread in 8 inch pie pan. Beat eggs slightly with cream. Season with 1 teaspoons seasoned salt, 1 teaspoons salt and black pepper.
- Pour over onions, sprinkle with cheese. Arrange bacon slices on top; sprinkle with paprika. Bakein a 350 oven 15 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
