Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan forced).
  2. Arrange mushrooms and ham in a 27cm x 17cm (base measurement) ovenproof dish.
  3. Drizzle the mushrooms with oil.
  4. Bakefor 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle mushrooms with cheese and bakefor 5 minutes more.
  6. Carefully crack eggs onto the ham and bakefor 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and eggs cooked to your liking.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and serve at once.
