Simple spaghetti frittata (recipe)


  1. Preheat oven to 180 8C.
  2. Grease a 4-cup quiche or baking dish.
  3. Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl. Stir through parsley, mushrooms and half the cheese.
  4. Spread spaghetti in prepared dish. Pour in egg mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bakeon centre shelf 25-30 mins until eggs are set and cheese is golden.
