Directions In bowl, mix together eggs, meat, parsley, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour into a well oiled loaf pan. Arrange artichokes equally spaced in the meat mixture, pushing them down into the mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Bakein 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
